Weight Loss Motivation
If you are overweight, you must have heard these things countless times, either from friends or doctors saying that weight loss is important, that if you don’t lose weight, your lifetime will be shortened by several years, that if you don’t lose weight, you will get troubled with several killer diseases such as diabetes, high cholesterol level, hypertension, heart diseases, sleep apnea, etc. However, when should you lose weight? When is the right time to say: ‘Enough is enough! I am sick and disgusted my fat belly, so am going to lose weight’?
Well, nobody can assure that for you. You need to determine the correct timing for weight loss yourself. Also note that the timing you decide can make or break your weight loss program. You should begin your weight loss efforts when you sense you’re overweight, but if you are morbidly obese, then no other way except expensive weight loss surgeries can help you with weight loss. As you can see, when it comes to weight loss, timing is extremely important!
Few alert signs you need to aware in choosing whether you need to weight loss.
- If you suffering from sleep apnea. You couldn’t get proper sleep.
- Always felt dizzy and drowsy all the time or feel don’t have the energy to perform your day-to-day activities. Believe it or not, obesity was the root cause behind almost your problems.
- People begin to ignore you at unknown reason.
Then you realize, your weight problem had become a big hindrance in your life!
If you bother about all of those facts above, then That was the time you decided that you needed to lose weight.
Before you start your weight loss journey, ask yourself several questions like:
if it is the correct time for you to lose weight! Why do you want to lose weight? Are you not able to bear the weight of your fat belly any longer? Do you feel that of late you’ve become lazy? Are you unable to get promotions in your job? Are you getting turned down for dates? Does your doctor advise you to lose weight?
Whatever it is, when you decide that it is time to drop those extra pounds, take action! You WILL succeed! Be motivated, You will have your goal.
